Before dispatch
You can cancel an order for a full refund any time before it is dispatched. Reply to your order confirmation email or contact us.
After dispatch
Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled, but eligible items can be exchanged or returned under our Return & Refund Policy.
Bookings
Cancellation terms for bookings and collaborations are agreed in writing for each engagement.
